As the weather warms up, we're taking our yoga practice outdoors.
If you've ever wanted to learn how to do yoga on water, this series is for you. We'll walk you through the basics of Stand up Paddleboarding, go for a paddle, and do some yoga on the board. Once we hit dry land again, we'll finish off with our typical Social Yoga activities & chats.
We'll provide life jackets but be prepared to get wet (just in case!)
