We don't have one official location as we are a nomadic studio. You can check out our locations page to see where our current spaces are. If you're trying to get a hold of us, enquiries can be made to firstname.lastname@example.org.
DO YOU HAVE MEMBERSHIPS?
Not at the moment. To get in on a class, purchase a series of your choice in our shop. Each series runs once a week for four weeks.
DO YOU HAVE DROP-INS?
You're in luck! We just started incorporating "One Night Stands", aka single class drop ins, in some of our series as a way of taste-testing what we're about. It is still cheaper to purchase by the series but if you're from out of town or you have a crazy busy schedule, we got you. To see which series are available for single classes, click here.
I WANT TO JOIN BUT I CAN'T MAKE THIS ONE DAY....
All good! We invite you to let a friend come in your place. Any friend of a friend, is a friend of ours. Whether or not you decide to charge your friend for that class is up to you and how generous you're feeling ;)
I'M BRAND NEW TO YOGA- IS THIS RIGHT FOR ME?
Yes, yes and yes! Progressive classes are the perfect environment to learn about yoga. You'll get a chance to build on things we chatted about the week before in a small class setting.
I'M AN EXPERT YOGI- IS THIS RIGHT FOR ME?
Yes, yes and yes! Even if you've been practicing for a while, this is the perfect opportunity for you to call the shots in class and do/ try/ talk about the things you want to do/ try/ talk about. Plus, each class is different as the people in the class make the experience what it is.
-BUT I'M NOT GOOD AT YOGA!
Nonsense. There's no such thing. As long as you're living and breathing, you've got this yoga game in the bag. We'll just teach you a few tools to help keep you sharp.
-BUT I'M NOT REALLY A "YOGI"/ YOGA IS BORING/ YOGA IS TOO SLOW
We get it. Trust us. Our founder resisted yoga for years because it wasn't "her thing". We say- give us a chance to show you a lighter, yet deeper, side of yoga. To get a sneak peek of how we approach yoga (and how we bring that sh*t down to earth), check out our blog.
If you like it fast, go for a run. We don't like to think of yoga as a workout- it's more of a work in. However, if you work up a sweat along the way, great. Also, you probably already know stretching is good for you as a complement to other activities you may be doing- and it's more fun when you're with us. #justsayin
WHY SHOULD I DO SOCIAL YOGA WHEN I HAVE AN UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP AT _____ YOGA STUDIO?
Ouch. Well, we're not going to get you to dump your yoga studio because that wouldn't be very yogic of us. We think there's room for everyone. Yoga studios do a great job for those times when you're in a rush but baby, when you want to take it slow and experience something truly different, come to us.
