Meet Anita Cheung
As a Type-A 'first time yoga class hater' who had a serious case of the “can’t sit stills”, Anita is now on a mission to bring this ancient practice down to (modern day) earth.
By weaving her experience as a yoga teacher, facilitator, and real life experience of the power of yoga and meditation, Anita keeps Social Yoga intentional, in a light-hearted way.
